This fall, Horse & Hyde Uptown is giving guests more reasons to make a night of it. Beginning Sept. 14, the Uptown Phoenix restaurant will be open seven days a week, pairing its barbecue, cold drinks, and indoor-outdoor setting with a fuller weekly schedule of live music, karaoke, and neighborhood-friendly specials.
At Camelback and Central, Horse & Hyde Uptown has become a place where happy hour can turn into dinner and dinner can turn into one more song. The expanded schedule keeps that energy going throughout the week, whether guests are looking for a Sunday night soundtrack, a Tuesday karaoke moment, or a Thursday night band.
“Live music gives people a reason to linger and makes an ordinary night feel like something more,” says co-owner Scott Hibler. “We love being a place where someone can meet friends for dinner, discover a new local musician, take the karaoke mic, or simply settle in and enjoy the energy of Uptown.”
Horse & Hyde Uptown’s weekly fall lineup includes:
- Weekday Happy Hour: $5 Tito’s, $3 Coors Light, and $3 well drinks from 4 to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Reverse Happy Hour: $5 Tito’s, $3 Coors Light, and $3 well drinks from 9 p.m. until close every night.
- Phoenix Music Collective Sundays: Sunday nights bring local musicians and an easy way to close out the weekend.
- Karaoke Tuesdays: Guests can take the mic, cheer on friends, and make Tuesday feel less like a weekday.
- Phoenix Music Collective Wednesdays: More local music keeps the midweek momentum going.
- Thursday Night Bands: Live bands take the stage each Thursday night, adding another reason to gather before the weekend.
- Neighborhood Perk: One Camelback residents and Uptown Plaza employees receive 25% off their checks at Horse & Hyde Uptown.

The restaurant’s September calendar will also feature a mix of rising young performers, established Valley musicians, and regional singer-songwriters across country, rock, bluegrass, swing, and Americana. Guests might arrive for barbecue and a drink, settle in for the first song, and leave with a new favorite local artist.

- Heidi Jane, Friday, Sept. 4: An up-and-coming Arcadia performer with a sound and stage presence beyond her years.
- Hannah Grace, Sunday, Sept. 6: A full-time Valley musician known for her distinctive country-rock style.
- JT Sheets, Friday, Sept. 11: An Arizona singer-songwriter blending folk, red dirt country, and heartland rock.
- Teak Porter, Saturday, Sept. 12: A solo performer fluent in bluegrass and swing.
- Blaine Long, Friday, Sept. 25: A Phoenix singer-songwriter whose expressive vocals and storytelling have made him a local standout.
