Photos and Visuals
- Up to five photos or graphics may be submitted per story (JPG or PNG, max 5 MB each).
- Include captions and proper photo credits for every image.
- We assume submitting organizations or contributors have model and property releases for all recognizable individuals, especially minors.
- Images must be respectful and appropriate for all audiences; adult or suggestive content will not be accepted.
- Final image selection, cropping, and placement are at the discretion of the editorial team.
Rights and Permissions
- By submitting, you confirm the work is original or that you have rights to share it.
- You grant The AZ Insider permission to edit, adapt, and publish the content in print, online, and across social platforms.
- Contributors are responsible for the accuracy of all facts, quotes, and credits.
