Tombstone Monument Ranch & Cattle Co. is giving travelers a bigger reason to saddle up.
The historic dude ranch has launched its Experience Tombstone package, pairing a ranch stay with guided adventures beyond the property. That means guests can spend the day riding past petroglyphs and forgotten mines, then head into town for gunfight reenactments, mining history, Wild West landmarks and a little saloon time.
“Tombstone is known the world over and with this new package guests can experience it in full along with their dude ranch vacation,” Russell True, managing partner of True Ranch Collection, says. “The O.K. Corral and Boothill Cemetery are included, of course, but there’s so much more to the area, like its early mining history, its heyday as a boomtown and its Native American heritage.”
The package includes lodging, meals, horseback riding and ranch activities, plus off-property excursions tied to different days of the week.
Back at the ranch, the setting leans all the way into its Old West identity. Guests can ride through desert landscapes marked by Native American petroglyphs, abandoned railroad trestles and old mining sites. Archery, shooting and guided UTV tours are also part of the lineup.
When the dust settles, dinner is served at Schieffelin’s Restaurant. Evenings continue with entertainment and cards at the Old Trappman Saloon before guests turn in at accommodations styled after a frontier town, including the Grand Hotel, the Blacksmith’s, the Marshal’s Office and even the Jail.

Mondays bring the famous O.K. Corral gunfight reenactment, followed by a visit to Boothill Cemetery. Tuesdays dig into Tombstone’s mining roots with a narrated tour of the Good Enough Mine and a trolley ride past 55 local landmarks.
Wednesdays pair the Bird Cage Theater with the Tombstone Courthouse, an 1882 building now dedicated to the region’s tug-of-war between law and lawlessness. During March and April, the itinerary also includes the Rose Tree Museum and its massive rose tree planted in 1885.
Thursdays head into the Dragoon Mountains to see Council Rocks, once part of Chiricahua Apache Chief Cochise’s stronghold. Fridays trade frontier dust for Bisbee color, with time to explore the former Lavender Pit copper mine, art galleries, boutiques, antiques, bars and breweries.
Saturdays keep things loose with an afternoon in Tombstone at each guest’s own pace. Period-costumed actors, Western shops, historic bars and local tasting rooms are all in the mix. Sundays close things out with a complimentary margarita, beer or shot of Old Overholt during happy hour at the saloon.
The Experience Tombstone package begins Oct. 4, 2026, with a four-night minimum stay.
