Insider Info

The Beau Collective offers four ways to join the fun, with membership options called Founder’s, Funlimited, Fans and Flex.

Phoenix is about to get a new kind of clubhouse, one where the schedule includes HIIT classes, curated shopping and actual conversation.

The Beau Collective opens its first Arizona location on Saturday, Aug. 8, 2026, bringing its fitness, retail and community-driven concept to North Central Phoenix. The new 6,648-square-foot hub sits just north of Uptown Plaza at 5115 N. Central Ave.

The expansion is a homecoming for founder Whitney White Kozlowski, an Arizona native and Xavier College Preparatory graduate. She launched the original Beau Collective in Park City, Utah, in 2014 after realizing she missed the camaraderie that often comes with being part of a team.

“The Beau Collective in Park City was born out of necessity,” Kozlowski says. “As I got older, I missed having a team and support system of friends and community, it turns out, so do many other people.”

That idea grew into a place built around movement, mental wellness and meaningful connection. Now, Kozlowski is bringing the concept back to the city where she grew up.

“When we decided to expand to a larger market, there was no other city I cared about more than Phoenix,” Kozlowski says. “Fitness and community are the core of The Beau Collective, and we have responded to the popularity and growth year after year in Park City. Our next chapter is opening in Phoenix, just blocks away from where I grew up, and I cannot wait to watch the connections blossom in the desert.”

The Phoenix location will offer HIIT-style training, concierge fitness and a tightly edited retail mix featuring brands such as Lululemon, Stanley and Free People Movement. It will also carry Truckers by Tam hats, making The Beau Collective one of the few brick-and-mortar spots in the Valley where shoppers can find the custom designs.

But this is not simply a workout studio with a boutique attached.

The space was designed to function as a flexible social hub, with room for business meetings, personal-growth sessions, community workshops, residencies and after-hours gatherings. It can accommodate up to 100 people, giving members and local groups space to connect beyond the class schedule.

Kozlowski and her team worked with Imagine Builders for roughly 18 months to transform a single-story medical building constructed in 1973 into the new location. The finished property also includes 35 dedicated parking spaces, which may be the most luxurious amenity of all in Central Phoenix.

Local leadership runs through the concept, too. Day-to-day operations will be led by Sarah Duncan, a fourth-generation Arizonan from a farming family and a Xavier graduate. Brigette Sebald, an Arizona native and the owner of Truckers by Tam, will serve as Community Captain.

The grand opening takes place from 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, 2026. Guests can sample complimentary mini HIIT classes at 8:30, 9:30 and 10:30 a.m., browse the retail collection, enjoy light bites from local restaurants and enter hourly raffles.

Admission is free with an RSVP through Eventbrite. For event questions, call 602-428-7885.
