Choosing the yacht was apparently the easy part. Tampa Luxe is expanding beyond individual rentals with Tampa Luxe Experiences, a new booking platform launching in September with more than 30 curated packages across Tampa Bay. The idea is to bundle transportation with the actual reason people are going out in the first place, whether that means dinner, nightlife, wellness, a day on the water or a full weekend away.
The Tampa-based company already operates in the luxury transportation and hospitality space, with chauffeured rides, exotic and luxury vehicle rentals, yacht charters and group services serving Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater. Tampa Luxe Experiences adds a new layer by packaging those services with local activities, dining and private accommodations.
“People were renting the vehicle or the yacht because of the day they wanted to build around it,” says CEO Oytun “Oy” Tutuncu. “The conversation used to be what someone wants to rent for four hours. Now it starts with what they want to do for those four hours.”
The catalog spans water, nightlife, cars, wellness and stays. Experiences include sunset yacht dinners, yacht and jet ski charters, Bentley date nights, exotic car rally routes, VIP ATV adventures, Pilates and spa days, rooftop dinners, private jet day trips and private Tampa Pirate Bus rentals. Weekend packages are also built around bachelor and bachelorette trips, anniversaries and group getaways.
There is also a separate Luxury Stays collection. According to the company, that part of the platform opens with three private properties, including a waterfront beach house and a lakefront retreat, with additional estates in preparation.
Pricing is handled by request rather than through a fixed menu. Because each package can combine different vehicles, vessels, venues, guest counts and time commitments, Tampa Luxe says its concierge team confirms availability and cost for each booking.
The platform also includes an AI concierge that works more like a planning assistant than a standard search bar. Customers can describe the type of outing they have in mind, from a bachelor party for 12 to an anniversary dinner for two, and the system pulls matching options from the live catalog.
“Planning a day out should not feel like a project,” says Tampa Luxe Chief Technology Officer Jacob Martin. “Someone tells us what the day is for, a birthday, friends in from out of town, an anniversary, and the concierge goes and finds the pieces that fit. I did not want technology that makes people think harder. I wanted something that helps them plan the day they already have in their head.”
Customers can still book Tampa Luxe’s individual services by the hour or day. The Experiences platform simply adds another path, allowing packages to be booked as designed or customized with help from the concierge. The company is also opening the platform to outside Tampa Bay operators, including restaurants, wellness studios, entertainment venues and activity providers. Tampa Luxe says its first outside partners are confirmed for the September launch.
The timing lines up with a broader shift in higher-end leisure spending. A 2026 Resonance Consultancy report produced with research firm Leger found that the top 10% of U.S. households by income spend an average of $7,900 per leisure trip, up from $5,100 in 2022. For Tampa Luxe, the move is less about adding another rental category and more about changing the starting question. Instead of choosing a car or yacht first, the new platform starts with the day someone wants to have and works backward from there.
