Insider Info

BOA Scottsdale gets the bragging rights, debuting steaks from the legendary Four Sixes Ranch of "Yellowstone" fame and making Old Town the first stop for the exclusive partnership as IDG makes its Arizona comeback.

BOA Steakhouse, the celebrity-beloved modern steakhouse from Innovative Dining Group, is officially headed to the Scottsdale Waterfront, with a debut slated for spring 2026. The restaurant will land at Southbridge in Old Town, pairing waterfront views with the high-energy dining experience BOA is known for in West Hollywood, Las Vegas, and Austin.

This opening marks a return to Arizona for IDG, which previously operated Sushi Roku at the W Scottsdale for 15 years. BOA Scottsdale will be the brand’s sixth location and its most desert-forward yet, blending luxe design, nightlife buzz, and a menu built for indulgence.

“Returning to Arizona with BOA Steakhouse is a moment we’ve been looking forward to, especially in a city that feels so naturally connected to our West Coast and Las Vegas roots,” Lee Maen, co-founder of Innovative Dining Group, says. “Scottsdale’s synergy, familiar faces, and deep ties to our team have made us eager to return, and it’s naturally the perfect next home.”

On the plate, BOA delivers its signature hits, including the 40-day dry-aged New York strip, A5 Japanese Wagyu, and the always-in-demand Tableside Caesar Salad. Executive Chef Brendan Collins oversees the culinary direction, bringing his Michelin-trained background and California-influenced style to the Valley. The kitchen will be entirely seed-oil free, using avocado oil, olive oil, and beef tallow throughout the menu. Guests can also expect an elevated raw bar, handcrafted pastas, indulgent sides like the caviar-topped “Boujee” baked potato, and a refined vegan steak option that fits seamlessly alongside the premium cuts.

The space is designed to match the energy. BOA Scottsdale spans nearly 7,000 square feet and will seat 210 guests across a main dining room, a 42-seat bar and lounge, a 58-seat patio, and two private dining rooms with full AV capabilities. Custom architectural ceilings, rich materials, and bespoke murals set the tone, all anchored by rare waterfront views in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale.
