Lisa Vanderpump has officially entered the Valley and she did not arrive quietly. Wolf by Vanderpump Scottsdale is now open at Caesars Republic Scottsdale, bringing polished drama, elevated dining, and a nightlife-forward edge to one of the city’s most visible hotel rooftops.
The debut followed a grand opening celebration on December 16, when Vanderpump and hospitality group HCW welcomed roughly 500 guests throughout the property. The evening unfolded across the restaurant, rooftop pool, and upper-level spaces with elevated bites, signature cocktails, live entertainment, and a red carpet crowd that included Bobby Berk and cast members from “Vanderpump Villa” and “Vanderpump Rules,” giving the night an unmistakable Bravo-adjacent buzz.
The main restaurant sits on the 7th floor of Caesars Republic Scottsdale, spanning 6,500 square feet and designed by Vanderpump Alain in collaboration with Nick Alain. A dramatic central bar anchors the room, surrounded by layered textures, bespoke furnishings, and statement lighting that transitions effortlessly from sunset dinner to late-night scene. The design draws from the multifaceted nature of the wolf: bold, intelligent, playful, and loyal, without veering into theme-park theatrics.

The experience continues upstairs on the 8th floor, where the Camelback Veranda operates as an extension of Wolf by Vanderpump. The indoor–outdoor cocktail space offers sweeping Camelback Mountain views and a more under-the-radar atmosphere, giving guests a second setting to linger long after dinner wraps.
The menu blends reimagined favorites from the original Wolf by Vanderpump in Lake Tahoe with dishes created exclusively for Scottsdale. Cocktails lean theatrical but intentional, featuring locally inspired ingredients and presentation-forward flair that feels calibrated for the setting rather than overdone.
Wolf by Vanderpump also aligns seamlessly with Caesars Republic Scottsdale’s La Lupa wolf icon and the hotel’s “Unleash Your Alter Ego” identity, positioning the restaurant as a natural extension of the property, not just a high-profile tenant. It is a notable addition for Caesars Republic Scottsdale, the brand’s first non-gaming hotel in the U.S., and a significant new player in the city’s evolving rooftop dining and nightlife landscape.
“It’s just wonderful to be in Scottsdale. We’ve been so embraced and supported by the community,” Lisa Vanderpump says. “Wolf by Vanderpump has been a labor of love, and we hope to meet so many of you very soon.”
Wolf by Vanderpump Scottsdale is now open for dinner and lunch, offering daytime dining alongside its nightlife-driven rooftop experience.
