Insider Info

Pine Ridge Marketplace has a little plot twist energy. Formerly known as Prescott Gateway Mall, the center reintroduced itself as Pine Ridge Marketplace on Jan. 1, 2024, following a $2.5 million renovation. The glow-up was designed to move the property beyond the classic mall model and into something more layered: part retail hub, part lifestyle stop, part experience-driven destination.

Prescott’s Pine Ridge Marketplace is adding a little more horsepower, a little more chill, and a little more wine-fueled creativity to its lineup.

The shopping center has welcomed three new locally owned tenants, bringing fresh retail, wellness, and hands-on experiences into the mix for shoppers, locals, and Quad Cities day-trippers looking for something beyond the usual errand run.

The newest additions include A&N Auto Accessories, Relax Zone, and WineNBind, each adding a different kind of energy to the marketplace’s growing blend of shops, services, dining, and entertainment.

“We’re proud to welcome these three new tenants to Pine Ridge Marketplace as it continues to grow as a destination that brings together a diverse mix of retail, dining, service and experiential concepts,” says Anji Rude, Pine Ridge Marketplace creative director. “We are committed to curating a wide-range lineup of tenants that enhance the center’s character and offer something meaningful for every visitor.”

First up: A&N Auto Accessories, now open in Suite 254. The retailer brings automotive essentials and upgrades to the center, with products from trusted brands including MotorTrend and Plasticolor. Translation: shoppers can now handle their car glow-up while making a marketplace run.

Relax Zone, located in Suite 172, adds a wellness-minded pause button to the property. The massage studio offers face and body services in a calm, straightforward setting. Now under new ownership, the business continues serving visitors looking for rest, recovery, and maybe a little escape from the group text.

Then there is WineNBind, coming soon to Suite 206, which sounds exactly like the kind of creative social concept Prescott did not know it needed. The workshop blends bookbinding with a relaxed sip-and-create atmosphere, giving guests the chance to craft custom journals through guided, hands-on sessions while enjoying a glass of wine.

Together, the trio gives Pine Ridge Marketplace a more layered local feel: part practical, part restorative, part “wait, we can make journals and drink wine?” It is a smart expansion for a center already known for mixing national names with local gems.

Pine Ridge Marketplace’s current lineup includes national, regional, and local shops, with anchors and destinations ranging from Dillard’s and JCPenney to The Old Farmstead Mercantile and Espire Sports. The new tenants push that mix further into experience-driven territory, giving residents and visitors more reasons to linger, browse, book, sip, shop, and discover what is new.
