Chef-Led Experiences
Anchoring the month’s culinary programming is the Piedmont Wine Pairing Dinner on Feb. 26, an intimate evening designed to transport guests to Northern Italy through both flavor and storytelling. Each course reflects the traditions of the Piedmont region, with thoughtful wine pairings selected to complement the progression of the menu and create a paced, immersive dining experience that encourages conversation and discovery.
In addition, the Italian Cooking Class Experience on Feb. 28 invites guests behind the scenes for a more personal connection to the cuisine. Led by the Pizzicata culinary team, the class offers step-by-step instruction in a relaxed, interactive setting, allowing participants to cook, taste, and learn techniques rooted in Italian home kitchens. The experience is designed to feel welcoming and educational, whether guests are seasoned cooks or simply curious to learn something new.
At Pizzicata Glendale, the focus is on creating an experience-forward space that combines elevated Italian cuisine, live entertainment, and a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere. “Our goal is always to make guests feel comfortable and genuinely cared for,” Venturini says. “Whether they come in for music, a class, or a special dinner, we want every visit to feel memorable.”
