Helpany, the AI-powered, privacy-first fall prevention and proactive care platform for senior living, announced this summer three strategic additions to its leadership team to support the company’s continued national expansion. The new hires include two Regional Sales Directors and a Clinical & Customer Success Director who joined Helpany after experiencing the platform’s impact firsthand as a customer.
The new leaders at Helpany:
- Sean McKenney joins as Regional Sales Director, West Coast, bringing extensive experience driving growth across senior living and healthcare organizations. Most recently, he served as Director of Business Development for Senior Living Chains at PharMerica, where he partnered with leading multi-site operators throughout the Western United States. His background spans healthcare services, strategic partnerships and senior living operations, giving him a deep understanding of the challenges providers face as they work to improve resident outcomes while managing growing operational demands.
- Daniel Walker joins as Regional Sales Director, East Coast, bringing nearly two decades of experience in senior living technology and resident safety solutions. A recognized industry veteran, Walker spent 15 years at STANLEY Healthcare supporting senior living communities across the Southeast before advancing into national account leadership roles with Securitas Healthcare and Advanced Wireless Communications. His expertise in emergency response systems, resident safety technologies and large-scale operator relationships will support Helpany’s continued growth throughout the Eastern United States.
- Tawnya Williams joins as Clinical & Customer Success Director, bringing a perspective few new hires can match. As a leader at Fellowship Square Mesa, she was among Helpany’s earliest customers and witnessed the platform’s impact firsthand: a 72% reduction in falls, approximately 270 additional days each year during which residents were able to remain safely in the community rather than requiring hospitalization or higher levels of care, and more than $78,000 in Medicaid cost savings. In her new role, Williams will help senior living operators, caregivers and clinical teams translate AI-driven insights into meaningful improvements in resident safety and quality of care.
“Tawnya, Sean, and Daniel each bring deep industry expertise and firsthand knowledge of the challenges senior living providers face every day,” says Eugenie Nicoud, Co-Founder and COO of Helpany. “As demand for proactive, AI-driven care continues to accelerate, their experience will help us support more communities and further expand our impact nationwide. Today, Helpany is helping providers improve resident outcomes across Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Georgia, and we are excited to continue bringing our AI-powered, privacy-first proactive care platform to senior living communities from coast to coast.”
“During my time at Fellowship Square Mesa, I saw residents remain in their homes longer, caregivers gain confidence, and families find peace of mind because we were able to intervene before a fall happened,” adds Tawnya Williams, Clinical & Customer Success Director at Helpany. “Those aren’t just statistics—they’re people whose lives took a different path because someone had the information needed to act early. Joining Helpany is deeply personal for me because I have seen the difference it makes, and I want every senior living community to have the same opportunity to protect the people they care for.”
The appointments come as Helpany continues to expand its presence across the United States. The company’s privacy-first AI platform helps senior living communities identify changes in resident behavior, mobility, sleep patterns and fall risk before incidents occur, enabling caregivers to intervene earlier and deliver more proactive, personalized care. Communities using the platform have reported fall reductions of up to 72%, improved resident outcomes, and significant operational and financial benefits. Learn more at helpany.com.
