Insider Info

It is brunch. It is music. It is cocktails with a celestial agenda. Estelle’s Sun Club feels like Scottsdale’s latest weekend ritual for people who want their eggs, their rosé, and their main-character moment all before 4 p.m.

Scottsdale just got a new excuse to put brunch on the calendar and keep it there.

Estelle, the sun-soaked outdoor dining and cocktail destination, has launched Estelle’s Sun Club, a weekend experience built for daydreamers, patio loyalists, rosé people, and anyone who believes brunch should come with a soundtrack.

The new Sun Club takes over Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., pairing Estelle’s newly debuted weekend brunch menu with live DJ entertainment, handcrafted cocktails, and the kind of breezy day-party energy Scottsdale does very well when the weather is showing off.

The timing is delicious. Estelle’s new brunch menu is now served every Saturday and Sunday during those same golden hours, giving guests a fresh reason to settle in for elevated bites, cocktails, music, and a little daytime sparkle.

And because Estelle clearly understands that Arizona’s outdoor season deserves a full personality, the vibe does not stop when the weekend ends.

Every Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m., the restaurant brings live outdoor music to its open-air setting, creating an easy midweek escape for cocktails, dinner, and that very specific Arizona magic hour glow. Springtime here is not subtle, and Estelle appears ready to use every minute of it.

Then there are the horoscope cocktails, because apparently even the zodiac needs a good drink.

Each zodiac season, Estelle introduces a cocktail inspired by the stars and announces it on social media at @estellescottsdale. Past pours include the Aquarius Spritz, a refreshing gin-based cocktail, and the Pisces Dream Martini, made with Smirnoff vodka, lychee, lemon, elderflower, and orange liqueur. Once Pisces season wraps, Aries gets its turn at the bar.
