Insider Info

Turns out, good vibes scale. Enchanting Earth turned crystal obsession into 50% three-year growth and a spot on the 2026 Inc. 5000.

Before there was a Sedona storefront, a mobile app or a global community, there was Jamie Inglett and a lifelong fascination with crystals. Now, that passion has landed on one of the country’s most recognized business rankings.

Enchanting Earth, the Sedona-based crystal, fine jewelry and spiritual lifestyle brand founded by Inglett, has earned a spot on the 2026 Inc. 5000, ranking nationally after achieving 50% three-year revenue growth. The annual Inc. 5000 ranks the fastest-growing privately held companies in the United States, but for Inglett, making the list carried a far more personal meaning.

“Honestly, my first reaction was tears,” Inglett says. “I felt every soul who has touched this journey with me: my husband Ricky, my son, our Enchanting Earth community, my family and friends who believed in this from the start. I fell in love with crystals as a little girl, and the universe brought me back to them exactly when I was meant to build this.”

Community has been the common denominator as Enchanting Earth evolved from its early live-shopping days into a broader spiritual lifestyle brand.

“It all comes back to community,” Inglett says. “We began hosting weekly lives just a few months into starting Enchanting Earth, and everything blossomed from there. Our app, where our community lives and connects, and our free YouTube meditations grew out of showing up for that community every week and listening to what they needed. Shopping became just one part of a much bigger experience we built together.”

The Growth Behind the Glow

Another defining shift came when Inglett moved beyond primarily selling crystals and began creating original jewelry around hand-selected gemstones. Her background in banking and an MBA gave her business experience, but not a roadmap for building something entirely her own.

“That leap meant trusting myself and making a real investment, both financially and in my own vision,” Inglett says. “It was a risk, but it’s become the heart of what makes Enchanting Earth different.”

Enchanting Earth today includes:

  • Custom-Designed Jewelry: Every stone is hand-selected before the team determines how it will be set, creating one-of-a-kind pieces designed around the gemstone itself.
  • Weekly Live Events: The tradition that helped build Enchanting Earth continues to bring customers together for shopping, gemstone education and real-time connection.
  • A Dedicated App: Customers can shop, join live events, explore crystal education and meditations, save favorites and connect with the Enchanting Earth community in one place.
  • Free Spiritual Education: Guided meditations, crystal resources and other educational content are available across the company’s website, social channels, YouTube and app.
  • A Sedona Home Base: The storefront brings the online brand into the physical world through jewelry, crystals, spiritual education and growing retreat offerings.

Growth Without Losing the Magic

The scale may have changed, but the structure behind Enchanting Earth remains decidedly small and personal. The company is still family-owned, with Inglett building it alongside her husband, Ricky, her son and a small team. “We are still very much a family-owned business, and that hasn’t changed no matter how much we’ve grown,” Inglett says.

That same philosophy is shaping what comes next. After building much of Enchanting Earth’s community online, Inglett is expanding opportunities for people to experience it together in Sedona through retreats and other in-person experiences.

“This recognition feels like fuel for what’s ahead,” Inglett says. “We want to give our community a chance to gather, connect and experience Enchanting Earth in person. My hope is that this next chapter deepens the relationships we’ve built and brings even more people into this journey with us.”

For Inglett, the Inc. 5000 milestone marks a new chapter for a company that has grown without straying far from where it started: a love of crystals, a willingness to take a chance and a community that came along for the journey.
