Insider Info

At Dandelion Home + Gift, they’ve mastered the art of the unexpected, mixing Arizona-inspired finds like cactus mugs and prickly pear treats with rotating treasures such as vintage designer bags, so every visit feels like a little discovery moment.

There are gift shops, and then there are destinations. Dandelion Home + Gift has long been the latter. Now, the beloved Scottsdale boutique is stepping into a bigger spotlight with a new location and a grand opening that’s equal parts chic and celebratory.

On Thursday, May 7, Dandelion is throwing an all-day Grand Opening Celebration from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Expect 10% off everything, light bites, and the kind of easy, come-as-you-are energy that has made this shop a local favorite. Consider it your official excuse to linger a little longer.

After eight years in business, owner Lisa Eskenazi has turned Dandelion into an award-winning go-to she calls “a women’s lifestyle store.” The shelves are lined with everything from clothing and jewelry to home décor, candles, books, and baby gifts. Price points range from $4 to $500, which means you can pop in for a quick card and walk out with a whole new vibe.

The move from their former spot next to Butters at Hayden and Via de Ventura wasn’t random. It was strategic. The new home in Kierland Village Plaza offers double the space and, finally, parking that doesn’t feel like a competitive sport. It’s the upgrade regulars didn’t know they needed but will absolutely appreciate.

And then there’s the duo behind it all. In 2022, Lisa’s daughter, Lexie Rindler, traded corporate life for boutique life, stepping in as Director of Operations. Together, they’ve built a brand that feels both polished and playful, blending perspectives across generations.

“As a mother-daughter team representing a baby boomer and a millennial, we have a really fun, cross-generational perspective, and our unique, whimsical merchandise showcases that,” says Lisa. “We have many beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces in our shop that you simply won’t find anywhere else.”

That mix shows up everywhere. It’s in the racks, the displays, and the overall mood of the store. It’s also in the way they treat their customers. Regulars are greeted by name, and finding the perfect gift is treated like an art form.

“We both really love what we do, and it shows,” says Lexie. “Contrary to popular belief, owning a boutique is not all that glamorous, but the relationships with our customers and the positivity and community that has come from our store are just a few of the things that make all the hard work worth it.”

Dandelion also leans hard into inclusivity. The boutique is proudly size-inclusive and built around a simple philosophy: all are welcome here. Add in a strong focus on locally made goods, from handmade jewelry and art to clothing and pottery, and you’ve got a shop that feels deeply rooted in Arizona’s creative scene.

It’s the kind of place people recommend to out-of-town guests in the same breath as iconic Phoenix stops. A little shopping, a little discovery, and a lot of personality packed into one very stylish space.

The new address? 6501 E. Greenway Pkwy, Suite #157, right next to Perk Eatery. Same vibe. More room. Better parking. No notes.
