Bingo is getting a little more snout-forward this summer. Better Piggies Rescue is bringing Better Piggies Bingo Night to Loving Hut Glendale on Saturday, June 20, inviting the community to gather for an evening of prizes, plant-based food, and plenty of pig-loving fun.
The fundraiser begins at 6 p.m., with doors opening at 5 p.m. Seating is limited, but no reservations are required. Bingo cards are available for a $5 donation each, with 100% of proceeds going directly to Better Piggies Rescue, the local nonprofit sanctuary caring for more than 215 rescued pigs.
“This is such a fun way to bring people together for a good cause, especially during the summer months when things can slow down,” says Linh La, owner of Loving Hut Glendale. “Danielle and the Better Piggies Rescue team do incredible work caring for these animals and bringing awareness to their needs. We’re excited to open our doors for a night of food, laughter, piggies, and community.”
At the event, guests can expect an all-ages evening with bingo, prizes, Loving Hut’s full vegan menu, and a special piggy host. Better Piggies Rescue, founded by Danielle Betterman, provides sanctuary, care, and advocacy for rescued pigs across Arizona. The organization relies on donations, events, and community partnerships to help cover food, medical care, shelter, and ongoing rescue needs for its growing herd.
“Every fundraiser helps us care for pigs who deserve safety, love, and a second chance,” says Danielle Betterman, founder of Better Piggies Rescue. “Bingo Night is such a fun way for people to support the rescue, meet others who care about animals, and make a real difference for the pigs.
